  2. In a Bowl, Add the warm water (100°F, or 37-42°C) and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, then sprinkle the yeast over the water and let aside for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add the flour and salt. make a well and pour in the activated yeast mixture. If using olive oil, add it to the mixture.
  4. Stir the ingredients together until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes on a floured surface, or until smooth and elastic.
  5. Prepare the Loaf Pans with a spray. Spread the dough, cover it with a fresh kitchen towel, and let the dough rise again for about 30-45 minutes or until it reaches the top of the pan.
  6. Preapare the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown, in a preheated oven.
  8. After allowing the bread to cool in the pan for a few minutes, move it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
